| At our company, we are equipped with variety of testing equipment, and
we test the product under various conditions and situations imaginable.We
have installed the latest Servo Sled collision test equipment, which we
are now able to perform whip-lash test and simulation test of rear-end
collision.We perform a crash test as of real situation and evaluate the
hindrance rate of the dummy doll's head and neck. |
Also, in environmental side, we imagine severe climate conditions, which we test our products under the temperature between high +120C and low -40C in our large-size temperature (& humidity) chamber. For example, we evaluate deflection and wrinkles for a seat caused by heat, and check the functions of seat mechanism under severe cold weather. Our continuous study made us flexible to create suitable seat for any climate conditions of every country in the world.We as a Toyo Seat, perform variety of strict tests to create safe and high quality products with everlasting ideas.

Prototype is a work that embodies car seats and convertible top design
data. Steps to create a prototype starts with creating hardware ->
form padding -> create paper pattern -> cutting trimcover-> sewing
-> assembly.
In each processes, principal parts of manufacturing are done by human hands,
in which specialist techniques are shown in full scale. Also, in each process,
all the related sections and departments cooperate together to share their
ideas and thoughts to create high standards of mass production and quality
(ex. fine styles and appearances, easy to produce, easy seat operation,
etc.). As a result, we can deliver the finest products that our customers
will have full satisfaction.
