We use CS (Customer Satisfaction) data as a base of our research and our
"focused on people" R&D approaches many different perspectives
in our automotive seat development.
While approaching seat production from technical perspectives such as fatigue
mechanism, comfortableness, and safety issues, our research also addresses
factors that are very subjective and hard to quantity, including design,
coloring, and materials & textures.
Especially in safety aspects, we take CAE analyses & crash test results
to pursue on development of automotive seats that cause less damage on
vehicle users in case of an accident.

| Convertible Soft Tops |

Our rich experience and excellent results in automotive seat manufacturing
have helped us to develop convertible soft tops. Currently, we develop
and mass-produce a wide range of soft tops including manual and electric
types.The stylish soft top opening is desired as top priority in convertible,we
set the stylish opening of the soft top as biggest theme of our work.
Also, being the world's first soft top mass production plant, we are aiming
for top level in soft tops' operability, water-proof mechanism, and lightening.

The quality of mechanical parts affects the function of car seats and seat
frames,which greatly relates to the safety of driver and passengers and
the whole value as a vehicle. Stable and high level technology is required
to develop and produce seat frames, tracks, latches, and recliners. Since
we know all about demands in seat assembly, such as customer demands, bench
marks, etc. we are able to create mechanism that meets the market demand
and also fine detailed designing.
