| Our goal is to manufacture high quality and refined products that our customers
can trust and appreciate. We are ISO/TS16949 registered, for quality assurance
standard in the automotive industry. Clearly indicating the trust we have
won in both current and future customers of ours. On the other hand, we have received "ISO 14001" certification as a result of our efforts made for environmental protection. We are engaged with activities that help eliminate noxious industrial wastes that are produced during the production process. We are also committed to reducing the usage of natural resources. We will continue our efforts to protect the environment and strive to manufacture products that are easy on the environment and valuable to people. |

| 〜ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY〜 We, TOYO SEAT, recognize global environmental protection as a significant matter for all human beings, and strive to reduce environmental impact through the corporate business activities from development and design to manufacture and sale of “automotive seats， convertible tops, steel office furnitures，health equipment， train seats for the Japan Railways Group etc. and of component parts”. |

| １． | Based on ISO 14001 of the International Standards, we establish the environmental management system and its continuous improvements, as well as striving to prevent environmental pollution. |
| ２． | We comply with the environmental legislations and regulations along with other requirements. |
| ３． | We set our goals in environmental protection standards. Accordingly all personnel in the company strive to achieve and review these standards regularly. |
